Mountain Muskox Memorial Bench
The Mountain Muskox Memorial bench was built with the intent of sharing both the beauty of the mountains and the memory of our loved ones as a community. A place where everyone can come and sit with the amazing people we all miss in an incredible setting.
The Alpine Club of Canada has provided a location just above the Canmore Clubhouse, overlooking the Three Sisters and surrounding mountains. Signs will lead you to the trail from the ACC Clubhouse upper parking lot or the Grotto Mountain Trail head, but you can find the bench here: maps.app.goo.gl/bngwVsX5ShxKVzVa9
If anyone is interested in purchasing a plaque for the bench or wants more information on its location, please get in touch via email: mountainmuskox at gmail.com or by filling out the google form: A minimum $50 donation is requested to help cover costs. If this is prohibitive, please reach out.
**As we respect and greatly appreciate that grief is universal, the MMM bench is specifically designated for those lives that were lost in mountain accidents. We appreciate your understanding**
Thank you!
We looks forward to sharing the bench with the community.
